Bahan-bahan
- 10 ekor ikan kembung / selayang
- 2,5 gelas tepung aci
- 1 cgelas tepung gandum
- Garam & penyedap secukupnya
- Air Dingin secukupnya
Langkah pembuatan:
- Pertama-tama, haluskan ikan dengan blender. Tak perlu rebus ya.
- Masukkan sedikit garam, penyedap, dan air dingin. Giling sampai halus.
- Pindahkan bahan yang telah dikisar ke dalam baskom.
- Kemudian, masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung aci.
- Uleni hingga kalis.
- Kemudian bentuk panjang-panjang seperti kita membuat pempek.
- Lalu rebusk keropok lekor yang telah dibentuk tadi dalam air yang dipanaskan.
- Kalau sudah mengapung,angkat dan tiriskan.
- Diamkan sebentar dan potong serong atau sesuai selera.
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng .
